Bent recently accompanied me to a dealer where we met with two engineers from the manufacturer's Regional Office.  Bent interacted professionally and politely with the Regional representatives and requested that a number of diagnostics be performed as we attempted to learn if the problem with my vehicle was a defect, my imagination, or another condition.  In the end, it was agreed that the vehicle has a vibration common to all vehicles of this model and year.

Bent was well worth the cost because of his third party unbiased opinion.  Had he not been there, it is doubtful that the situation would have been as smooth and non-confrontational.  He also reduced my concerns about this vehicle having a unique mechanical defect that could be causing the problems. 

I would not hesitate using Bent again if a situation needed an unbiased third party opinion.

I heard a slight,intermittent, squeaky sound coming from my SUV, so I took it in to the dealership for servicing. If it were not for ACS8, I could have been stuck in a terrible situation with a lemon.  After finding a Nissan Maxima several states away in Virginia, I pulled the CarFax report and sent it over to them. The report had blemishes, but I was willing to use them as leverage to negotiate for a better price.  ACS8 took the time to call the dealership on my behalf to ask questions about the car; questions I would have never thought to ask.

Turns out that the Maxima had significant modifications, including, after-market sunroof, and even a fake "SE" emblem on the back to inflate the price!  Because ACS8 asked the right questions to the dealership, they were able to obligate them to disclose the work that had been done to the car.  In addition, not only did they save me from buying a fake car, they also did not ask me to pay a dime.

I opened my own mechanic business and soon realized that I needed more customers than my friends and family to survive.  After trying all sorts of advertisement with little success, my neighbor told me about your company.  I checked out your site and gave you a call with some apprehension but to my surprise ACS8 is a good networking company.
